Nürnberg Card KIDS

The Nürnberg Card is particularly family-friendly: accompanied children up to and including the age of 5 receive the Kids Card free of charge when an adult purchases a regular Nürnberg Card. Children from 6 to 11 years pay only EUR 12.00.

The Kids Card offers the same benefits as the normal card - i.e. free admission to numerous museums and sights for 48 hours as well as free travel on public transport in Nuremberg, Fürth and Stein.

What is the Kids Card?

The KIDS CARD is the perfect addition to the Nürnberg Card for families with children. It offers all the benefits of the normal Nürnberg Card, but is cheaper or even free.

  • Free admission to around 30 museums and attractions
  • Free use of all public transport in the area of validity (VGN Zone A)
  • 48 hours validity from the first use as with the regular Nürnberg Card
  • Card is personal and is not valid without an accompanying adult

Climbing, digging, splashing around: At the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark in Zirndorf, you can play instead of driving. Travel by bus and train is free with the Nürnberg Card, in the high season there is a 2,00 EUR discount on admission.

  • Directions: Take S-Bahn S4 to "Zirndorf" or "Anwanden", from there continue by bus
  • Opening hours: In the main season daily approx. 9 am - 7 pm (from 15.09. until 6 pm), indoor area open in winter

Nuremberg Zoo

Lions, polar bears, dolphins - you can marvel at animals from all over the world in the extensive zoo. Particularly cool: the dolphin lagoon with underwater tunnel and the children's zoo for petting.

Travel to the stars and planets in the cozy domed hall. Special children's shows playfully explain what is happening out there in space - perfect even in rainy weather.
